Prerequisites: KINE 1150 or instructor approvalThis course is a continuation of Aquatic Conditioning I and is for advanced lap swimmers, master swimmers, tri-athletes, and competitive swimmers. Customized workouts will be designed and utilized to improve swim performance; additional areas such as nutrition, incorporating weight training and stretching will be covered.
