This advanced writing course will help prepare students for the writing challenges specific to large federal cases. It will be coordinated with the Complex Civil Litigation course taught at the same time. The course will culminate in oral argument on the summary judgment motion, which will be taped and critiqued by other faculty, judges, and/or members of the bar.
