This course will deal with the main clauses and documents found in the practice of international contracts: letters of intent, recitals, best offers, confidentiality, liquidated damages, exemption, force majeure, hardship, and post-contractual obligations. It will have a general overview of recent trends in international trade and investment and an introduction to the different forms of doing business internationally, including through the international sale of goods and licensing agreements.
