Each student will be responsible to lead either a case study or simulation excersize which ordinarily will take place in the second half of the class period. From time to time, we may have a guest lecturer (for instance, a Probation Officer or Magistrate Judge) or member of the faculty who will participate in simulation excersizes of discussion of case studies
