This seminar will focus on the process of international law as it relates to the environment, and on the implications for international law generally that follow from the legal political advances of environmental lawmaking. The seminar will examine samples of the environmental issues that have provoked international lawmaking regarding freshwater oceans, the atmosphere, and biodiversity (including endangered species and habitats).
