This course reviews the body of American Immigration and Nationality Law, beginning with a survey of the history and current shape of Immigration Law. The course will address American Immigration Law in the context of the U. S. Constitution, International law and the laws of other nations, the legislative, regulatory, and judicial process which creates, interprets, and enforces the law, and current policy concerns directing the future shape of the law.
