This small group tutorial will cover patient care in a holistic manner from the complete care of the patient, to understanding the clinical and basic science behind the disease, to understand the illness from the patient's perspective with treatment plans that consider social and cultural issues, community resources, cost effectiveness, health care systems issues such as transition care between care sites. Students will reflect on their responses to caring for patients presented. Students will also consider the role of the primary care provider in the care of the patients.
