this course is a study of the interactions that determine the distribution and abundance of organisms. Topics will utilize experiential learning to promote an understanding of the general concepts of nutrient and energy flow, population dynamics, community and habitat structure, animal interactions, and global ecology. Prerequisite: BIO 120 or BIO 121 or EES 110 or permission of instructor.
