Graduates from economics masters programs are expected to be familiar not only with economic theory at an advanced level, but also the applied techniques used to assess predicted behavior. This course is designed to give students expertise in working with datasets commonly used in various aspects of economics and business. Emphasis is placed upon applications of econometrics in business and non-academic research settings. Students will collect, analyze, and report on findings in oral and written presentations.
