Analysis, design, and construction of electrical and mechanical components found in electric vehicles. Traction motors, controllers, batteries and chargers, and metering. Hybrid and fuel cell vehicle systems. Project includes building electrical devices and wiring of traction, control, lighting, and other components along with construction of adapters and devices necessary for the conversion of a vehicle to electric drive.
