Provides the culminating fifteen-week, semester-long experience of all who are specializing in early childhood education (K-3). Enhanced student teaching consists of full-day classroom observation and practice teaching in two different public schools: one 71/2 week placement in grade K-2 and one 7 1/2 -week placement in grades K-3. Co-requisite: EDU 4600 Student Teaching Seminar. Prerequisite: Admission to Student Teaching and EDU 4630. Graded S-U. Permission required.
