Study of the basic principles and techniques of the technical elements of theatre. The student will be introduced to stagecraft and set construction techniques, technical drawings, safety with and the proper usage of the power tools, and an overview of theatrical production organization and administration. Much of the lab time will emlphasize the practical application of the material taught in class. Required of all theatre majors. Concurrent enrollment in THE 140 and stagecraft lab is required.
