Includes rythym, basic conducting patterns, sight-singing and prepared singing with solfege, intervals, melodic and harmonic dictation, and elements of interpretation and expression. Coursework involves daily practice and use of the music computer lab. Placement exam required before enrolling. Advancement to Musicianship II and III by jury examination.
