The focus includes developing and implementing a procurement strategy, supplier selection and development, buyer-supplier relationships, global sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and quantity, quality, and cost/price considerations for the purchase of goods and services. Prerequisites: OSCM 3321 with a grade of ?C? or better.
