This graduate level nursing course addresses the integration of transitional research into practice. Focus is on utilizing systematic inquiry to identify, summarize, and appraise best evidence on a selected topic. Participants begin the process of translating research into practice by producing and disseminating a systematic, integrative review of the evidence. Includes 45 clock hours of mentored practicum. Prerequisite: Departmental approval.
