EE 5369 CMOS Digital Circuit Design (3-0) Analysis and design of digital integrated circuits in CMOS technology. Discussion of different models for MOS transistors and how to use them to analyze circuit performance. Analysis of logic families and styles including complementary static logic, dynamic, and pass-transistor. Topics include sizing for minimum delay, noise and noise margin, power dissipation and cost. Memory design (SRAM, DRAM) as a final project. Prerequisite: Instructor approval.
