This course focuses on financing issues facing the entrepreneur. It will study the tooks and methods used in determining how much money a venture actually needs in order to be viable. Further, it will explore tools and approaches used when selling an idea to potential investore. Attention will be devoted to the different types if financing alternatives avaiable to new and early stage ventures. The venture capital market will be investigated in detail. In addition, it will explore issues involved in formulating deal structures.
