The organization of the course comes from the Principles and Standards of the National Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM). Topics include Calculation and Estimation, Statistics and Probability, Algebraic Relationships, Measurement, Geometric Concepts, and Mathematical Problem Solving. Prerequisite: Mth 110.
