Good classroom management can make or break the effectiveness of a teacher, at any grade level, of any subject. To be an effective, successful teacher requires an ability to create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning. This course will outline the basics of classroom management at both early childhood and elementary levels, discuss common problem behaviors, the roots of those behaviors, and strategies for dealing with those behaviors.
