This course is the second semester of a two-semester course designed to emphasize basic physiological principles and regulatory processes involved in maintaining homeostatisis within the human body. Content will focus on structure and function from the level of cells to whole body systems. Topics include the physiology and structure of the renal, respiratory, acid-base, digestive, endocrine, and reproductive systems. This course will be taught from an integrative point of view as many concepts will overlap among systems.
