Emphasis is played on the analysis of theories such as problem- solving, critical thinking, motivation, culture, and organizational ethics. The concepts of role, power, authority and conflict are examined to enhance understanding of human behavior in organizations and serve as a basis for development of effective nursing leadership strategies.
