The focus of this course in care of adults is oriented to regulation through active treatment of a disease or disorder or injury of determined origin, and the specific effects of the therapeutic measures used. The general state of health of the clients may be affected by the effects of the disease or disorder, or injury. Self-Care Deficit Theory provides the framework for assessing and planning care. Appropriate technologies are addresses in simulations and supervised clinical practice. Fee. (3,3,6) Junior level requirement.
