The focus of this course is the process of recovery from a specific disease or injury, or to overcoming or compensating for the effects of disease or injury according to Orem's Self-Care Deficit Theory of Nursing. Technologies associated with care of adults experiencing a variety of problems will be addressed through simulations and supervised clinical practice in an inpatient or outpatient facility. Fee.
