This project based course builds upon the knowledge, skills and abilities gained and developed in the core health administration coursework and the student's employment experiences. The intent of the capstone is to assess student attainment of program cometencies in relations to their understanding of healthcare administration. Actual organizational issues are analyzed; discussed and possible strategies are evaluated and defended. Student projects are based on healthcare organizational issues that are consistent with the student's interests and academic emphasis. Prerequisite: Final semester and completion of HADM 6375, Healthcare Strategic Management.
