(1 sem. hr.) EDU208 builds on EDU200 giving special emphasis to the adolescent to young adult. The social, emotional, physical and cognitive characteristics will be explored so as to give the preservice teacher a clearer understanding of this age group and implications for teaching. Required for all Spanish and German licensure candidates. (Fall and Spring) PREREQUISITES: C- or higher in EDU110, EDU115, and PSY101. (2.5 GPA or pass the Praxis II PLT test and all subject area tests in your major. Check with Education department on which Praxis tests you need to pass). Taken concurrently with EDU200.
