Pre-requisite: 232 or approval of instructor. This course will be taught as a seminar. Topics include: creative financing, advanced investment structuring, time sharing, property insurance, transferring title-recordation, taxes and assessments, real estate appraisal, condominiums, leasing real estate, syndication exchange, and historic preservation. There may be changes in these subject areas as the interest and accent change from year to year.
