Pre-requisite: 232 or approval of instructor. This course is designed to give an overview of general real estate brokerage. It includes the broker and the license law, the real estate commission, the specialist and the generalist in brokerage, when and how to expand, sales personnel, recruiting, training and supervision, administration of the brokerage operation, and other topics pertaining to the day-to-day brokerage business.
