Students wishing to qualify for the *Louisiana Real Estate Salesman’s Licensing Examination* must complete a minimum of 90 contact hours of coursework (equivalent to six credits or two real estate courses) including Real Estate 232 and one Real Estate elective.Â" " Note: Students who are interested in qualifying for the *Louisiana Real Estate Broker’s License Examination* must complete a minimum of 150 contact hours (equivalent to 15 credit hours) including Real Estate 232 and any four Real Estate electives.
