Prof. Byers, Prof. Ensley, Prof. Grayson, Prof. Jayawickramarajah, Prof. Zhang, Staff. Pre-requisite: CHEM 1080 and 1180, or equivalent. Co-requisite: CHEM H2470. The structural, chemical, and physical properties of organic compounds with particular emphasis on areas of current interest. For students who have done superior work in previous chemistry courses. Note: Concurrent registration in H247 required. Chemistry H2450 and H247 may be substituted in the program for 241 and 243. Credit will not he given for both CHEM H2450 and H247, and CHEM 2410 and 243. Three hours of lecture per week.
