Topics include: Organizational change, behavior, development, interventions, theory, joint consultation, court cases, affirmative action, adverse impact, Civil Rights acts of 1964 and 1991, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, business ethics, judicial interpretations of I/O psychology law, and organizational climate.
