ARTS 282. Introductory Sculpture: Modeling to Casting Introduction to creating sculpture forms, including subtractive, modeling and casting techniques, incorporating both contemporary and traditional approaches to processes. Unorthodox approaches as well as traditional methods are encouraged. Experimentation and creative problem solving are important to all aspects of the curriculum. Prerequisites: ARTF 145 and 189.
