This class will focus on concepts underlying the well-known and widely used Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. The personal interaction information from the MBTI® will be used to enhance your ability to interact positively with others in the workplace and in your personal life. Practical approaches to conflict resolution and effective communication strategies will be discussed. Individuals will take the MBTI® during the first class and receive interpretive material ($20 test fee required the first class period.). The instructor holds a leadership position in the Association for Psychological Type International.
