CESP 751X Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training This course will provide students an overview of the basic DBT skills which specifically target patient problems in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, cognitive dysregulation and interpersonal dysregulation. Students will learn how to structure groups, group relationship to individual modes of therapy and how to deal with obstacles in conducting skills training, and how to conduct didactics and role-playing.
