Nucleic Acids: Structure, Chemistry, and Function A comprehensive examination of the structure and conformation of DNA, RNA, and their components. Studies reactivity and modification of nucleotides and polynucleotides for different chemicals and mutagens. Reviews chemical synthesis of polynucleotides and sequence analysis of nucleic acids, including site-specific mutagenesis. Studies nucleic acid functions and information transfer in biochemical systems. Also studies major nucleases and discusses DNA-protein interactions.
