Hollywood and Holocaust Pre: Communications proficiency Co: Since the 1970's, films have made the public aware of the facts of the Holocaust. This course examines the Holocaust by analyzing films. Students learn to utilize media to think critically about moral issues. They gain insight into their own behavior, leading them to become more aware and humane persons. Emotional and psychological responses by actors and witnesses to the Holocaust are analyzed. Fulfils behavioral science, humanities, liberal arts, social science, and open electives.
