Here are some great salads and entrees that can be simply prepared in minutes using readily available purchased foods. Try gingery flank steak salad, cantaloupe mint soup, and Thai noodle salad. Handouts will be given for all recipes. A perishable fee of $30 is payble to the instructor at the first class.
