NEW! Grilled to Perfection Pre: Co: Explore the basics of grilling on a charcoal grill. Learn how to easily start a fire without lighter fluid. Learn the basics of brines, rubs, and marinades. Practice some grilling techniques using traditional charcoals, wood chips, and hardwood charcoal. Roast a chicken with an herb rub using the indirect grilling method. Grill pork tenderloin, fish, and a variety of vegetables. A perishable fee of $30 is payble to the instructor at the first class.
