Belly Dance Pre: Co: Belly dance is one of the world's most ancient dance forms. Throughout the ages it has celebrated the feminine rhythms of life. Because this dance style is based on natural body movements, it is open to ALL women, regardless of age, fitness level, or body type. Belly dance is also one of the safest dance forms to learn. It will increase your body's flexibility, strength, and muscle tone. This beginner level course is designed to make you feel comfortable with your body. Belly dancing will give you a sense of rhythmic affinity for the music. It improves body tone, focusing on body isolations and coordination. Wear comfortable clothing.
