Red Wines of the World Pre: Co: Join us at the Alfalfa Farm in Topsfield, where wine is made. Learn how it's done, and also taste the delicious results! Emphasizing red varietals, you'll learn how to taste and assess wine; read wine labels and wine lists; how wine is made; and pairing these wines with food. A $10 wine fee is payable to the instructor in class. Note: This class is restricted to adults 21 years of age and older; IDs will be checked.
