Wines 101 Pre: Co: Join us at the Alfalfa Farm in Topsfield, where wine is made, and learn all about it. Topics include: how to taste and assess wine; reading wine labels and wine lists; how wine is made; and pairing wine and food. A $10 wine fee is payable to the instructor in class. Note: This class is restricted to adults 21 years of age and older; IDs will be checked.
