Pre: Co: Elect: INTRODUCTION TO T'AI CHI: This mystical ancient form of martial art combines meditation with movement in a unique way. A great way to relieve stress and have fun doing it. Students will learn preparatory exercises and movements of simplified Tai Chi and will be able to practive the exercises at home. The movements can be therapeutic and will help with mind/body coordination and control. Students should wear light, loose clothing and soft-soled shoes.
