Pre: Co: Elect: BOATING SAFETY AND SEAMANSHIP: As a service to the community, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary offers boating safety instruction through North Shore Community College to the novice boater. Topics include boating, "rules of the road," basic boat care and handling, boat trailering, marlinspike, and simple navigation. Students should bring $30 to the first class for books and materials.
