Stories and Movement (7-9) Pre: Co: Everyone has stories. In this class, we'll be exploring the stories we can find in the most ordinary things, for example, clouds, telephone, and shoes. We'll tell our stories through group movement and words, creating an expressive performance piece set to music. Instructor Mary Lee Karlins holds an M.F.A from Smith College and was head of the dance program at Bradford College for 14 years. Most recently directed The Story Project, an inter-generational performing group using text and movement to express personal stories.
