Native American Crafts and Culture II Pre: Co: Elect: If you have already taken and complete part I of this dynamic duo, come prepare to explore another fascinating facet of the Native American culture. If you haven't taken part one, don't be afraid to jump right in here. In this course, we will begin to think of who we are and what we may grow to be through self-reflection and art projects. Make a ghost shirt, personal shield, sand painting, prayer stick and medicine bag. Write a poem or two for self expression. Learn to make Native American foods such as pemmican and nut buters. have fun and learn more about the Native American culture and yourself, as we create and learn together! Ages 9-14.
