Pre: Co: Elect: READING REVIVAL: Competence in reading, essential to effective learning, is the focus of this course which approaches comprehension skills in a creative way and explores alternative means of reporting and reviewing books. We will learn how to follow directions, use magic to understand the amazing power of sequencing, investigating fact and opinion, attend to detail with recipes as well as enjoying activities which introduce the main idea, inferential thinking and drawing conclusions. Class limited to 15 students, ages 10-12.
