Pre: Co: Elect: SPEED READING: This course is especially designed for students who comprehend well and wish to reach individual optimum reading rate. The course content included practice on all types of reading skills, namely skimming, scanning, rapid reading, study-type reading, as well as improvement in vocabulary development and comprehension. In addition, development of flexibility rate, recognition of organizational patterns and consistent evaluation of overalll progress in both rate and comprehension is emphasized. Class limited to 15 students, ages 11-14.
