N Coastal Partnership/IBEW Mentor Training This course will prepare employee volunteers on how to mentor students participating in the IBEW School to Work Program. Participants will learn about their mentoring style, define their role in the program, build confidence in their skills as a mentor, and identify activities and ideas that will help them create a successful mentoring relationship and work-based learning experience for the mentee.
