A Taste of the Middle East Pre: Co: Elect: Middle Eastern cuisine combines nutritious whole grains, beans and seasonal vegetables with zesty seasonings to create healthful, economical meals. We will prepare such dishes as: Morocan Vegetable Stew, Babaganouj, rice, stuffed peppers with lentil tomato sauce, Israeli salad, and date nut bars, all low fat and no cholesterol. Dinner of the above will be served. Please bring $9.00 to class for groceries.
