Cooking With Beans Pre: Co: Elect: Beans are an important protein source. Naturally low in calories and high in fiber. For those wanting to cut down on animal proteins and learn more about vegetarian cooking, beans are an essential. In this class we will learn how to prepare beans for easy digestion. Some of the receipts will be Brazilian, Black Beans with Salsa, Roasted Red Peppers with Navy Bean Salad, Molasses Baked Beans, Azuki Bean and Butternut Squash. Students should bring $8 to the first class for groceries.
