Pre: Co: Elect: Your family will never say, "Chicken, Again ?" This course will offer you a wide variety of simple meals to gourment. Good fresh ingredients and an assortment of herbs and spices will delight anyone's palate. Students will explore ways to alter recipes such as coq au vin and tourkey remoulade. You will learn to cook healthier and your family will enjoy all the new tasteful meals. Students should bring $29 to the first class for groceries.
